Abstract:
STATES THAT VOLUNTARILY SEEK PHASE II AUTHORIZATION TO ADMINISTER AND ENFORCE THEIR HAZARDOUS WASTE MANAGEMENT PROGRAMS IN LIEU OF THE FEDER PROGRAM MAY SUBMIT AN APPLICATION TO EPA. THE INFORMATION SUBMITTED MUST DEMONSTRATE THAT THE STATE PROGRAM IS SUBSTANTIALLY EQUIVALENT TO THE FEDERAL PROGRAM. (0969)
