Abstract:
THE INFORMATION COLLECTED BY THE USE OF FORM SSA-4641 IS NEEDED TO DETERMINE WHETHER RESOURCE REQUIREMENTS ARE MET IN THE SUPPLEMENTAL SECURITY INCOME (SSI) AND AID TO FAMILIES WITH DEPENDENT CHILDREN (AFD PROGRAMS. THE AFFECTED PUBLIC IS COMPRISED OF FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS WHICH VERIFY THE RESOURCES OF AN INDIVIDUAL WHO FILES AN APPLICATION FOR AFDC SSI PAYMENTS AND WHO MAY HAVE EXCESS RESOURCES.
