ANY PERSON IN THE U.S. WISHING TO EXPORT NUCLEAR MATERIAL AND EQUIPMENT REQUIRING SPECIFIC AUTHORIZATION SHOULD FILE AN APPLICATION FOR LICENSE ON NRC FORM 7. THE APPLICATION WILL BE REVIEWED BY THE NRC AND EXECUTIVE BRANCH. IF APPLICABLE STATUTORY, REGULATORY, AND POLICY CONSIDERATIONS ARE SATISFIED, THE NRC WILL ISSUE A LICENSE AUTHORIZING THE EXPORT.
