A STATE MEMBER BANK THAT WANTS TO MAKE AN INVESTMENT IN BANK PREMISES WHEN A) THE AMOUNT INVESTED WILL CAUSE THE BANK'S TOTAL INVESTMENT IN BANK PREMISES TO EXCEED THE BANK'S CAPITAL STOCK OR B) THE BANK'S TOTAL INVESTMENT IN PREMISES ALREADY EXCEEDS THE CAPITAL STOCK, THE APPROVAL OF THE FEDERAL RESERVE IS REQUIRED.
