BANK HOLDING COMPANIES THAT ACQUIRE ASSETS IN SATISFACTION OF DEBTS PREVIOUSLY CONTRACTED ARE REQUIRED BY THE BOARD TO SUBMIT AN ANNUAL REPORT OUTLINING THE EFFORTS MADE TO DATE TO EFFECT DIVESTURE OF THE ASSETS, AS WELL AS A DESCRIPTION AND VALUATION OF ASSETS DIVESTED AND THOSE TO BE DIVESTED.
