Abstract:
ALL COMMERCIAL AND NON-COMMERCIAL STATIONS SHALL KEEP A STATION LOG. SECTION 73.1820 REQUIRES THAT ENTRIES SHOULD BE MADE BY A PROPERLY LICENSED OPERATOR INDICATING OPERATING PARAMETERS, ADJUSTMENTS MADE TO RESTORE PARAMETERS TO OPERATING VALUE AND ALSO THE TIME ANY DEVIATIONS WERE OBSERVED. THIS LOG IS TO ASSIST LICENSEE IN DEMONSTRATING THAT THEY HAVE TAKEN REASONABLE MEASURES TO PRECLUDE INTERFERENCE.
