The paperwork requirements for 20 CFR 601 are approved through June 1985 to give the Department time to revise these regulations to reduce the number of copies of State materials required from 4 to 2. The Employment and Training Administration has notified OMB that it is preparing to submit the revised regulations for E.O. 12291 review.

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
