Appoved with the condition that the utility of monthly reporting will be reevaluated after the final report of the BATF "Study of Monthly Operations Reports" for distilled spirits becomes available in Novembe 1985. With the next submission, the agency will provide in accordance with 5CFR1320.4 a complete analysis of the burden, need, and utility o alternative reporting frequencies. In addition, the agency will provi a complete justification for any information collection in this area.

Abstract:
PERSONS QUALIFIED TO OWN/OPERATE EXPORT WAREHOUSES THAT HANDLE TOBACCO PRODUCTS ARE REQUIRED TO FILE A MONTHLY REPORT. THIS REPORT SUMMARIZE ALL TRANSACTIONS BY THE PROPRIETOR INCLUDING RECEIPTS, DISPOSITIONS AND ON HAND QUANTITIES. ATF F 2140 IS USED FOR PRODUCT ACCOUNTABILITY TO ENSURE REVENUE PROTECTION.
