Abstract:
P.L. 98-524 REQUIRES STATE BOARDS FOR VOCATIONAL EDUCATION TO SUBMIT A THREE-YEAR STATE PLAN (AND A TWO-YEAR STATE PLAN THEREAFTER) WITH ANNUAL REVISIONS AS THE BOARD DEEMS NECESSARY IN ORDER TO RECEIVE FEDERAL FUNDS. PROGRAM STAFF REVIEW THE PLANS TO ENSURE THAT PROPOSED ACTIONS COMPLY WITH THE VARIOUS REQUIREMENTS OF THE STATUTE.
