ATF INTENDS TO ADD A NEW REGULATION IN 27 CFR PART 252 ALLOWING EXPORTERS OF LIQUORS TO APPLY FOR AND RECEIVE APPROVAL OF VARIANCES FROM THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE REGULATIONS, SIMILAR TO PROVISIONS FOUND THROUGHOUT TITLE 27 CFR FOR ALL OTHER INDIVIDUALS REGULATED BY ATF.
