Abstract:
IN ORDER TO PROVIDE NOTICE TO THE SERVICE, MUNICIPALITIES, AND ITS RESIDENTS, ISSUERS OF MORTGAGE CREDIT CERTIFICATES (MCC) MUST FILE AN ELECTION WITH THE SERVICE AND PROVIDE PUBLIC NOTICE OF THE PROGRAM. TO ENSURE OVERALL PROGRAM COMPLIANCE, ISSUERS AND LENDERS MUST FILE CERTAIN INFORMATION REPORTS.
