Abstract:
THIS FORM IS USED TO GATHER BASIC DESCRIPTIVE OPERATING INFORMATION FROM MAJOR ELECTRIC UTILITIES REGARDING ELECTRIC ENERGY PRODUCTION, ENERGY TRANSFERS, LOADS, AND MAPS AND DIAGRAMS OF FACILITIES ON A SYSTEM BASIS. THE RESPONSES ARE USED IN EVALUATION OF UTILITY OPERATIONS RELATED TO HYDROELECTRIC LICENSE APPROVALS, PROPOSED MERGERS, PROPOSED INTERCONNECTIONS AND WHOLESALE RATE INVESTIGATIONS.
