This survey is approved for a period of three years. The List Sampling Frame Survey is not duplicative under current law, and meets the maintenance needs of the Statistical Reporting Service efficiently. If amendments to Title 13 U.S. Code permit access to comparable data from the Census of Agriculture, or if changes in plans for that census make it feasible to use the SRS frame informatio in lieu of similar data collected by the Bureau of the Census, review of this survey may be reopened prior to its expiration date, as provided in 5 C.F.R. 1320.11(f).

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
