Abstract:
THIS AMENDED REQUIREMENT IMPLEMENTS THE 1982 CONGRESSIONAL AMENDMENTS TO THE ENDANGERED SPECIES ACT (ESA) CONCERNING INCIDENTAL TAKE OF PROTECTED WILDLIFE AND REMOVAL OF LISTED PLANTS FROM FEDERAL LANDS, AN ADDS A SPECIAL RULE TO 50 CFR 17.42(C) TO ALLOW THE IMPORTATION AND COMMERCIALIZATION, INCLUDING MANUFACTURE, TRANSPORT, PURCHASE AND SALE OF PARTS AND PRODUCTS OF THE GREEN SEA TURTLE.
