Terms of Clearance: end 1) Census will provide a fuller justification of revised questions 13 through 19 that are intended to replace questions 13a through 17 for the 1985 panel. 2) Census will consult with the SIPP Core Review Committee as to the usefulness and adequacy of revised questions 13 through 19 and report in writing to OMB the results of 3) Census will ask questions 13 through 19 of persons entering sample households only OMB determines results of agency consultations warrant asking. 4) Census will separately submit a justification and questions to be asked of non-original sample persons who leave the household.
