THE NATIONAL CRIME SURVEY IS A PROGRAM FOR GATHERING, ANALYZING, PUBLISHING AND DISSEMINATING STATISTICS ON THE KINDS AND AMOUNT OF CRI COMMITTED AGAINST HOUSEHOLDS AND INDIVIDUALS THROUGHOUT THE COUNTRY. RESPONDENTS INCLUDE PERSONS 12 YEARS OR OLDER LIVING IN 62,000 HOUSEHOLDS IN 309 PSU'S.
