Abstract:
ALL ONSHORE NATURAL GAS PROCESSING PLANTS WOULD KEEP RECORDS DEMONSTRATING THAT PERIODIC LEAK DETECTION AND REPAIR PROGRAMS ARE BEI CONDUCTED PROPERLY. RECORDS DEMONSTRATING COMPLIANCE WITH EQUIPMENT STANDARDS AND WITH OPTIONAL PERFORMANCE AND/OR EQUIPMENT STANDARDS ARE ALSO REQUIRED. SEMIANNUAL REPORTS OF EXCEEDANCES (FAILURE TO REPA LEAKS) ARE REQUIRED. THESE REQUIREMENTS ENABLE ENFORCEMENT AGENCIES T MONITOR LEAK DETECTION.
