Abstract:
THESE REGULATIONS ESTABLISH PROCEDURES FOR A PRO TO RECONSIDER ITS INITIAL DENIAL DETERMINATIONS. THE INFORMATION REQUIREMENTS CONTAINED IN THIS RULE ARE ON THE PROS TO PROVIDE INFORMATION TO PARTIES REQUESTING A RECONSIDERATION REVIEW. THESE PARTIES WILL USE THE INFORMATION AS GUIDELINES FOR APPEAL RIGHTS IN INSTANCES WHERE ISSUES ARE STILL IN DISPUTE.

The following is a summary of the topics, regarding the proposed collection of information, that the certification covers:
