Abstract:
THIS INFORMATION COLLECTION IS REQUIRED BY LAW IN ORDER FOR A QUALIFIE SPOUSE TO ELECT REDUCED BENEFITS. THE SPOUSE MUST: 1) BE AGE 62-64, 2 HAVE BEEN PREVIOUSLY ENTITLED, AND 3) NOT HAVE AN ENTITLED CHILD IN CARE. THE AFFECTED PUBLIC CONSISTS OF SPOUSES WHO MEET THOSE THREE CRITERIA AND ELECT REDUCED BENEFITS.
