TITLE 46 U.S.C. 3301 AND 3305 SUBJECT MODUS TO INSPECTION FOR STRUCTURAL ADEQUACY, SUITABLE ACCOMMODATIONS, AND COMPLIANCE WITH MARINE SAFETY REGULATIONS. PLAN, OPERATING MANUAL AND SPECIFICATION SUBMISSION BY MODU OWNERS IS NEEDED TO DETERMINE THAT THESE REQUIREMENTS ARE MET. 43 U.S.C. 1331 ET SEQ.
