Abstract:
THIS REGULATION ESTABLISHES RULES FOR THE TAX IMPOSED BY SECTION 4041 THE RETAIL SALE OF DIESEL FUEL, SPECILA MOTOR FUEL, AND FUEL USE IN NONCOMMERCIAL AVIATION. THE TAX IS PAID BY THE RETAILER OF THE FUEL.
