SOLICITS ALL NECESSARY DATA REGARDING CITIZENSHIP AND IDENTIFY FOR PASSPORT SERVICES PERSONNEL TO DETERMINE ENTITLEMENT TO THE ISSUANCE OF A U.S. PASSPORT. THE INFORMATION SOLICITED IS AUTHORIZED, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THOSE STATUTE CODIFIED IN TITLES 8, 18, 22, USC, AND ALL PREDECESSOR STATUTES WHETHE OR NOT CODIFIED, AND ALL REGULATIONS ISSUED PURSUANT TO E.O. 11295.
