INFORMATION COLLECTIONS UNDER THE VIRUS-SERUM-TOXIN ACT OF 1913 AND PERTINENT REGULATIONS APPLY TO ALL PERSONS IMPORTING OR SHIPPING ANIMA BIOLOGICAL PRODUCTS INTERSTATE. EXCEPT FOR INFREQUENT INVOLVEMENT OF INDIVIDUALS AND INSTITUTIONS, RESPONSES INVOLVE 56 LICENSED MANUFACTURERS.
