Abstract:
RECORDKEEPING AND INFORMATION COLLECTION UNDER 7 CFR PART 59 IS NEEDED FROM THOSE PROCESSING AND HANDLING EGG PRODUCTS AND SHELL EGGS TO ENFORCE AND ADMINISTER THE EGG PRODUCTS INSPECTION ACT. AFFECTED PUBLIC: PROCESSING PLANTS, HATCHERIES, DISTRIBUTORS OF EGGS AND EGG PRODUCTS, AND STATE AGENCIES WITH COOPERATIVE AGREEMENTS.
