Terms of Clearance:
Pursuant to a meeting between OMB and Commerce, this collection is being cleared until 10/l/87, so that a year's worth of baseline data can be collected for this fishery. NOAA will explore the possibility of instituting a statistical sample in order to reduce the burden on affected fishermen, should it resubmit this collection for clearance in the future. NOAA will provide additional information by 6/15/86 explaining the actions agreed upon with OMB to amend this package.
