THIS FORM (4483) IS USED TO EVALUATE TRANSACTIONS BY FEDERALLY LICENSES FIREARMS MANUFACTURERS, IMPORTERS, DEALERS OR COLLECTORS, WHEN THE REGIONAL DIRECOTR COMPLIANCE DETERMINES THAT THERE IS A NEED DO SO. THE LICENSEE PREPARES THE ENTRIES FROM EXISTING RECORDS AND SUBMITS THE COMPLETED FORM TO THE REGIONAL DIRECTOR.

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
