Abstract:
FIFRA PROVIDES THAT ANY PERSON MAY OBTAIN A SUPPLEMENTAL REGISTRATION ALLOWING THEM TO DISTRIBUTE A FEDERALLY REGISTERED PESTICIDE PRODUCT, WITH THE REGISTRANT'S PEMISSION, UNDER THEIR OWN PRIVATE LABEL, BY NOTIFYING EPA OF SUCH AN ARRANGEMENT.
