Abstract:
EPA MUST COLLECT INFORMATION FROM CONTRACTORS TO CONFIRM CLEARANCE FOR THEIR EMPLOYEES WHO NEED ACCESS TO TOXIC SUBSTANCES CONTROL ACT (TSCA) CONFIDENTIAL BUSINESS INFORMATION (CBI). UNDER TERMS OF A CONSENT WITH POLAROID THE AGENCY IS REQUIRED TO REVISE ITS TSCA CBI ACCESS FORM FOR USE BY CONTRACTOR/SUBCONTRACTOR PERSONNEL BY JUNE 1, 1985.
