The UGESP package is approved through October 1986 to permit EEOC to develop the recordkeeping alternatives now under consideration. At the time that EEOC requests an extension of clearance for the UGESP requirements, it should provide an analysis of the recordkeeping alternatives and a timetable for implementing the alternative that was selected.
