NEW LEGISLATION REQUIRES PLANS TO CHOOSE BETWEEN A STANDARD OR DISTRESS TERMINATION IF THEY FILE(D) A NOTICE OF INTENT TO TERMINATE AFTER JANUARY 1, 1986.
