Abstract:
THE REGULATIONS PROVIDE RULES WITH RESPECT TO (1) THE MANNER OF REQUESTING A SCHEDULE OF RULING AMOUNTS FROM THE SERVICE, AND (2) THE MANNER OF ELECTING THE SPECIAL RULES APPLICABLE TO NUCLEAR DECOMMISSIONING COSTS. THE INFORMATION WILL BE USED TO PROVIDE SCHEDULES OF RULING AMOUNTS. THE RULES WILL AFFECT OWNERS OF NUCLEAR POWER PLANTS.
