THIS REGULATION ESTABLISHES PROCEDURES FOR ANY PERSON TO PETITION THE AGENCY FOR A HEARING TO DETERMINE WHETHER A MANUFACTURER HAS MET I OBLIGATION TO NOTIFY VEHICLE OWNERS OF A DEFECT OR NONCOMPLIANCE AND WHETHER THE REMEDY HAS BEEN SATISFACTORY.

The following is a summary of the topics, regarding the proposed collection of information, that the certification covers:
