FORM IS SUBMITTED TO OBTAIN LICENSE FOR LOW POWER TELEVISION, TV/FM TRANSLATOR STATION AFTER COMPLETION OF CONSTRUCTION. DATA IS USE BY FCC STAFF TO DETERMINE WHETHER PERMITTEE CONSTRUCTED STATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH SPECIFICATIONS OF CONSTRUCTION PERMIT.
