Abstract:
SECTION 76.615 AFFECTS CERTAIN CABLE TV SYSTEM OPERATORS TRANSMITTING IN THE AERONAUTICAL FREQUENCY BANDS. NOTIFICATION OF SUCH OPERATION IS REQUIRED TO ENABLE THE FCC TO LOCATE AND ELIMINIATE HARMFUL INTERFERENCE AND ASSURES SAFE OPERATIONS OF AERONAUTICAL AND MARINE RADIO SERVICES.
