Abstract:
THE LETTER APPLICATION CONTAINS INFORMATION NEEDED BY THE FDIC IN ORDE TO GRANT CONSENT TO APPLICANG BANKS TO ESTABLISH BRANCHES AND TO EFFEC RELOCATION. THE APPLICATION PROCEDURE IS CONTAINED IN FDIC REGULATION 12 CFR 303.2 AND IS AUTHORIZED BY SECTION 18(D)(1) OF THE FEDERAL DEPOSIT INSURANCE ACT (12 U.S.C. 1822(D)).
