38 U.S.C. 3021 STATES THAT ACCRUED BENEFITS MAY BE MADE UPON DEATH OF A BENEFICIARY AND LISTS THE ORDER IN WHICH THE BENEFITS MAY BE PAID THE COMPLETED FORM SUPPLIES THE VA WITH THE INFORMATION REQUIRED TO PROPERLY PAY ACCRUED BENEFITS.
