TOBACCO MANUFACTURERS OR EXPORT WAREHOUSE PROPRIETORS ARE LIABLE FOR TAX ON TOBACCO PRODUCTS ON THEIR PREMISES. TOBACCO PRODUCTS, CIGARETT PAPERS AND TUBES MAY BE REMOVED WITHOUT PAYMENT OF TAX, FOR SPECIFIC AND VERIFIABLE PURPOSES. THIS FORM DOCUMENTS AND VERIFIES THESE REMOVALS.
