Abstract:
PARTS CFR 111 PROVIDE FOR VARIOUS TYPES OF INFORMATION BY CUSTOMHOUSE BROKERS TO ENSURE STATUTORY AND REGULATORY COMPLIANCE. THE USE OF INFORMATION COLLECTION PROVIDES FOR A MEANS FOR AUDIT AND INVESTIGATIO OF INTERSTATE THEFT, NARCOTICS SMUGGLING, AND TO PREVENT THE PERSON CONNECTED WITH ORGANIZED CRIME SYNDICATES FROM PENETRATING THE INDUSTRY.
