Abstract:
THE OWNER OR OPERATOR SHALL PROVIDE NOTICE OF EACH DEMOLITION OPERATIO AND OF EACH RENOVATION OPERATION WHERE THE AMOUNT OF ASBESTOS INVOLVED IS ABOVE THE THRESHOLD LEVEL. THESE NOTICES TELL EPA IF PROPER PROCEDURES WILL BE USED AND ALLOWS EPA TO PLAN INSPECTIONS.
