EE0-1 DATA ARE USED BY EEOC TO INVESTIGATE CHARGES OF DISCRIMINATION IN EMPLOYMENT AGAINST PRIVATE EMPLOYERS. DATA ARE SHARED WITH SEVERAL FEDERAL GOVERNMENT AGENCIES, PARTICULARLY THE OFCCP, USDOL.
