Abstract:
OWNERS OF PASSENGER CARS AND LIGHT DUTY TRUCKS SUPPLY INFORMATION ABOUT THEIR VEHICLES' MAINTENANCE AND USAGE HISTORY. THIS INFORMATION IS USED TO DETERMINE WHETHER MOTOR VEHICLE MANUFACTURERS ARE MEETING THE CURRENT EMMISSIONS STANDARDS OF THE CLEAN AIR ACT.
