Abstract:
FORMS WH-3 AND WH-3SP ARE USED TO OBTAIN INFORMATION (I.E. COMPLAINTS) FROM INDIVIDUALS ABOUT ALLEGED VIOLATION OF THE VARIOUS LAWS ENFORCED BY THE WAGE-HOUR DIVISION. IT IS ALSO USED AS A SCREENING DEVICE TO DETERMINE WHETHER THE DIVISION HAS JURISDICTION IN HANDLING ALLEGED VIOLATIONS.
