PROCEDURES, PRACTICES, EVALUATION, VOCATIONAL REHABILIATION, JOB CORP THIS INFORMATION IS USED FOR EVALUATING OVERALL PROGRAM EFFECTIVENESS. EACH ITEM MUST BE COMPLETED IN ORDER TO SUPPLY INFORMATION TO JC, (JC CENTERS ACT AS PLACEMENT AGENCIES IN MAKING AND REPORTING DIRECTLY). THE AUTHORITY FOR THE PLACEMENT ACTIVITY IS DERIVED FROM 20 CFR 684.40(A),(B),(C) & (D.6).
