Abstract:
THIS FORM IS USED BY THE PUBLIC WHEN APPLYING FOR A FEDERAL FIREARMS LICENSE. THE INFORMATION REQUESTED ON THE FORM ESTABLISHES ELIGIBILIT FOR A LICENSE. THE FORM IS SIGNED UNDER THE PENALTY OF 18 U.S.C. 924 AND IS USED IN APPLYING FOR VARIOUS TYPES OF FIREARMS LICENSEES, DEALER, IMPORTER, MANUFACTURER.
