RULE NEEDED TO INSURE THAT APPLICATIONS FOR PRIVATE SHORE BASED RADIONAVIGATION AIDS ARE COORDINATED WITH THE U.S. COAST GUARD FOR A DETERMINATION THAT SUCH FACILITIES DO NOT POSE A HAZARD TO NAVIGATIO THE AFFECTED PUBLIC ARE ENTITIES DESIRING TO OPERATE A PRIVATE MARITIM RADIONAVIGATION STATION.
