Abstract:
PROVIDES ESTIMATES OF HONEY PRICES BY COLOR CLASS TO FULFI A REQUIREMENT IN 1985 FARM BILL. ESTIMATES USED BY ASCS TO SET GOVERNMENT LOAN AND PURCHASE LEVELS. DATA FROM HONEY PRODUCERS PROVIDES ANNUAL STATISTICS ON NUMBER OF COLONIES, HONEY YIELD, HONEY AND BEESWAX PRODUCTION, STOCKS, AND AN ALL HONEY PRICE FOR PRODUCTION AND MARKETING DECISIONS.
