PROVIDE FUNDS TO STATES AND TERRITORIES TO IMPLEMENT FEDERALLY-APPROVED COASTA ZONE MANAGEMENT PLANS. INFORMATION IS USED TO DETERMINE IF ACTIVITIES WILL HELP ACHIEVE NATIONAL COASTAL MANAGEMENT OBJECTIVES, AND IF STATE IS ADHERING TO ITS APPROVED PLAN.
