Abstract:
THE INFORMATION COLLECTED BY THE SSA-7008 IS NEEDED WHEN AN INDIVIDUAL QUESTIONS THE CORRECTNESS OF THE EARNINGS RECORD WHICH SSA MAINTAINS FOR THAT INDIVIDUAL. IT IS USED TO CHECK SSA RECORDS AND TO DEVELOP FOR EVIDENCE. THE AFFECTED PUBLIC CONSISTS OF INDIVIDUALS WHO ALLEGE THAT SSA'S RECORDS OF EARNINGS FOR THEM ARE INCORRECT.
