Abstract:
FORM 4562 IS NEEDED FOR TAXPAYERS TO CLAIM A DEDUCTION FOR DEPRECIATION AND/OR AMORTIZATION ON THEIR INCOME TAX RETURN. FORM 4562 ALSO CONTAINS QUESTIONS TAXPAYERS ARE REQUIRED TO ANSWER PERTAINING TO AUTOMOBILES AND OTHER LISTED PROPERTY UNDER IRC SECTION 280F, WHICH THEY USE FOR BUSINESS. FORM 4562A IS NEEDED FOR TAXPAYERS TO CLAIM A DEDUCTION FOR DEPRECIATION OF PROPERTY PLACED IN SERVICE
