THE INFORMATION COLLECTED BY THE USE OF FORM SSA-753 IS NEEDED TO MAKE AN ACCURATE DETERMINATION REGARDING ENTITLEMENT TO SPOUSE'S BENEFITS WHEN A COMMON LAW MARRIAGE IS ALLEGED. THE AFFECTED PUBLIC IS COMPRISED OF THIRD PARTIES WHO CAN SUPPLY EVIDENCE THAT A COMMON-LAW MARRIAGE EXISTS.
